I’m Kristy Edgar
As a former massage therapist and a present day holistic health coach, I’ve spent decades helping women reconnect with their bodies. My passion is teaching women that symptoms are not normal - they are signals - and with the right tools, you can learn to speak the language of your biology.
I created Cultivated Health to empower women to take control of their health by deeply understanding their feminine cycle & aligning their lifestyle to their hormonal rhythm so that they can mitigate the symptoms of PMS and menopause, heal from chronic illness, increase energy & vitality and create a ripple affect that inspires others to do that same.
