Lifestyle Training
Providing coaching through holistic health techniques and teaching simple health principals that empower you to better health.
Holistic health is an approach to wellness that recognizes the whole person: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and environmental.
Health isn’t just food and fitness.
Those things are important! But health is the environment we are in, it’s how we decompress and reset, it’s how we serve others and it’s about where we put our faith. The physical, social, mental, environmental & spiritual all combined and in balance with one another.
We believe, through education and support, everyone has the power to transform their lives.
The Collective Experience
Connection. Education. Health. Transformation. Excellence
We believe connection is people who feel seen, heard & valued without judgement.
We believe that knowledge is power especially where advocating for your health is concerned.
We believe that growth equals life and are committed to that lifestyle.
We believe our physical body matters! We only get one body to carry us through this life...we need to honor it.
Above all, we believe in being the best version of ourselves at all times. In all things.
Our vision isn’t just about reclaimed health; it’s about a rewritten story - one of strength, knowledge and connection. Together, we create a future where well-being is within every woman’s reach.

Founder of The Corner Abbey

I am a busy mom of 3 who loves to garden, preserve, and ferment. I thrive on being creative and fulfilling my God given purpose. I am fascinated by growth and development and have spent my life in pursuit of these things on many levels. I am most passionate about how the human body operates and how to heal it in holistic ways. In 2004, I earned a certification from the Florida College of Natural Health in therapeutic massage. My very first job as a therapist was working for a woman who believed in, studied and practiced holistic medicine. This was my first experience with food as medicine. She gifted me a copy of Prescription for Nutritional Healing and I haven’t looked back. I am constantly reading blogs, news articles, case studies and anything else I can get my hands on to better help me understand the human body and how to heal it with as little intervention as possible. In 2019, I received a certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a health coach. I wrote an education program for elementary school that I was excited to start teaching when COVID hit. It was a hard time for me trying to figure out what I was supposed to do next. It’s then that I opened The Corner Abbey, a wellness center that was to be focused on lifestyle. Unfortunately, that was done too quickly and in the wrong location. Not all was lost because when your feet are healed to the fire, you learn what you are made of. For 2 1/2 years, I networked and gained tremendous knowledge on being an entrepreneur in the wellness space. Currently, I am laser focused on bringing awareness to the importance of hormonal harmony for womens’ health. I believe in community and aspire to create a tribe of like minded people who support one another on their journey to cultivate health so you will find me speaking publicly about lifestyle and working with other wellness professional to bring holistic healing to the forefront of the health conversation. What you won’t see is behind the scenes, I am working on reopening The Corner Abbey. This time with a team of people, a clear vision and a stellar location.
